Voters issue a powerful mandate for hunting, fishing and gathering on Hawaii island

Hawaii Island Hardwoods lease extended for one year

At the May 11 meeting the Board of Land and Natural Resources approved a one year extension to Hawaii island Hardwoods license to harvest timber in the Waiakea Timber Management Area. The map below shows the areas involved in the harvesting license.
